Solid Carbide Flute and Tip Gun Drills

Sterling Gun Drills has introduced a line of solid carbide tip and flute, single flute gun drills expanding the range of tube flute deep hole drills now offered. All deep hole drills offered by Sterling Gun Drills are manufactured at our facility in the USA. A one piece carbide tip and flute offer the advantage of strength and rigidity over tubular construction drills to provide better performance in very small diameters from .0450" to .1600" with overall lengths to 13.5". Fractional diameters are available from stock in 6" and 10" overall length, with to-order specials in any inch or metric diameter, length, driver, and/or grinds available in usually two weeks or less! Typical applications include medical instruments, automotive fuel systems, the glass industry, and many others. Here is a list of common uses for our drills.
